Q: What software do you use?
A: QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it, we'll set it up. If you do, we'll audit and clean it.Q: What does onboarding look like?
A: From signed agreement to first report delivered in 14 days. We handle the setup — QBO, chart of accounts, bank feeds, opening balances.Q: What if my books are a mess?
A: That's normal. We handle the cleanup as part of onboarding. We'll tell you upfront if the scope warrants an additional fee.Q: Do I need to send you documents every month?
A: That depends on your service package. We connect directly to your bank feeds and QBO. But if we are handling accounts payable or receivables we will provide you with the link to upload your invoices and bills.
